| Healthy, whole organic foods
(fruits, vegetables, eggs, meat, dairy, etc.) are an important source of nutrition that our
Immune System requires to maintain health - and organic gardening should be considered a factor in
the holistic approach to health for those who have land for a garden, or even a
sunny patio for a container garden.
Not only do hens provide organic eggs (when you
control what they eat and drink), but also their droppings are as pure
gold for your organic garden! |

|
| Henny Penny and Chicken Licken provide healthy (we control
what they eat and drink), organic eggs on nearly a daily
basis. Vivian ("Bibbee") the cat maintains a vigilant
watch! |

Stay tuned as the 2010 gardening season is upon us.
For now, plant
seeds indoors in seed flats or any suitable container (we use both seed flats
from a nursery as well as containers such as cardboard/wax orange juice
containers) four (4) to eight (8) weeks before your last expected frost
date.
How many weeks you plant before will depend on the plant you want to
grow and indoor start times will be indicated on the seed packet. |
